Join ACE Club as a Volunteer Summer Camp Counselor and help create an amazing adventure for younger campers. This is a chance to grow, lead, make new friends, and build memories that will last a lifetime.

We are currently accepting applications for a small number of Volunteer Camp Counselor positions for our Chiba Summer Camp.
Due to the limited number of spaces available, submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Selected applicants will be contacted regarding available counselor positions and invited to the next stage of the application process.

About the Camp
Camp: ACE Club Chiba Summer Camp
Location: Taibusa Misaki Nature House, Minamiboso, Chiba
Dates: July 26–28, 2026
Campers: Elementary school students
(ages 6–12)
Activities Include:
Coastal ocean exploration
Outdoor adventure activities
Camp games and team challenges
Arts and crafts
Tie-dye T-shirt activity
Campfire and evening activities
Nature exploration
Friendship-building activities
Your Role as a Counselor
Volunteer counselors work alongside ACE Club leaders to help create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for our campers.
Counselor responsibilities may include:
Supporting campers throughout daily camp activities
Helping younger campers, especially ages 6–8, during activities and transitions
Encouraging participation and teamwork
Assisting with camp games, crafts, and outdoor adventures
Helping campers stay organized with their belongings
Supporting meal times, clean-up, and daily routines
Being a positive role model for younger campers
Helping create a welcoming and inclusive camp environment
Counselors are never expected to supervise campers alone and will work under the guidance of ACE Club leaders.

Application Process

Applications will be reviewed by the ACE Club team.
Selected applicants will be contacted regarding available positions.
Successful applicants will be invited to attend a short Zoom meeting with the ACE Club leadership team.
Final counselor placements will be confirmed after the meeting.
The Zoom meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss camp expectations, answer questions, and ensure the program is a great fit for everyone involved.
